We organized the 3rd workshop on the 19th-20th of August.
The 2nd workshop took place in Augustów on July, 15-16. We publish some of the pictures below.
On June, 23-24 we prepared the first workshop in Gawrych Ruda, near Suwałki. There were 11 participants from Sokulka City Council. The plan of the workshop was based on the “Pilot Workshop for the Guiding Coalition Members”. Some elements were changed.

- DEEPEN UNDERSTANDING OF THE CURING AND PREVENTING PATHOLOGIES AND CORRUPTION PROCESS STEPS AND THE MAIN CONCEPTS WHICH IT RELIES
- DIAGNOSE THEIR OWN CITYHALL VULNERABILITY TO CORRUPTION AND ELABORATE SOLUTINS TO ADDRESS IT
- AGREE ON THE PROCESS NEXT STEPS AND ON THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES TO IPLEMENT IT

On May, 28 we had a meeting with the Mayor, Stanisław Malachwiej, and Vice-Mayor, Krzysztof Szczebiot. We presented in detail the participatory planning process and signed the Agreement between the Centre for Social Activity PRISM and and the city of Sokolka. We also discussed the action plan and divided responsibilities. See the copy of the Polish agreement below.
At this stage we collected data to better understand the existing situation in Sokolka Council. The materials refer to organised activities and structures, regulations on anticorruption and conflict of interest, openess and transparency. We also elaborated a report on the existing situation, as a starting point for the participatory diagnosis. The report is titled ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE, FIELDS OF ACTIVITIES AND PERSONNEL PROCESSES. This report is on activities, structure, people in charge and process of recruitment in the Sokolka City Council. Report was prepared for our internal needs to recognize the situation and create materials for the second workshop.
On March, 16-17 we organized the Planning Meeting with Ana Vasilache and Nicole Rata from FPDL to design in detail the participatory planning process. Our target group was PAP Practitionners. In particular, we defined steps, specific objectives, content and methodology. We discussed with FPDL/WBI Tutors all the points of the project, when we should meet and when their presence would be most appropriate. We think that Tutors’ experience was really helpful in setting our targets.
